Background Check

Screenings are required with each application for a fee of $10. 

Move-In

Once your application is approved, a $25 move-in fee is required to secure your space.

Furnished

Each room is furnished with a bed and dresser.

All Bills Paid

Your rent covers all utilities. 

Mini-fridge Add-on

A personal mini-fridge can be added to your room for an additional fee of $60.

Window Unit Add-on

A personal window unit can be added to your room for an additional fee of $60.
